The My Hosting Summary page in Your Apex Managed Panel is your central hub for managing all aspects of your hosting services. Once you’ve set up a hosting plan and created your first instance, this page becomes your go-to location for overviewing domains, monitoring resources, and accessing advanced tools with ease.

This guide explains the features and capabilities available on the My Hosting Summary page, ensuring you can make the most of its functionality.

Overview of My Hosting

If you manage multiple hosting plans, you can toggle between them using the dropdown menu at the top of the page. This allows for seamless navigation across all hosting services tied to your account.

On the left-hand side, you’ll find a navigation list with links to various tools and settings, including:

  • Summary
  • Domains
  • FTP Accounts
  • MySQL Databases
  • Cron Jobs
  • File Manager
  • DNS Zone Editor
  • Email Addresses
  • Email Forwarders

The Summary section serves as the starting point and provides an at-a-glance overview of your hosting details and status.

Key Features of the Summary Section

The Summary section offers all the essential information you need to monitor and manage your hosting services efficiently.

Domain and Nameserver Information

At the top left, you’ll see your Main Domain and Nameservers.

  • If any issues are detected with your nameservers, an error icon will appear alongside a tooltip explaining the problem.
  • You can easily copy nameserver details by clicking the copy icon next to each entry.

Hosting Instances

Below the domain details is a list of your Hosting Instances.

  • Clicking on an instance will take you to its Details Page, where you can manage specific configurations.
  • Selecting the instance address will redirect you to the live website itself.
  • A warning icon will appear for any instances requiring your attention.

Accessing the Control Panel

On the right side of the Summary page, you’ll find the Log in to Control Panel button.

  • Use this button for Single Sign-On (SSO) access to your chosen control panel, such as Plesk, DirectAdmin, or cPanel.
  • Note that this feature must be enabled by your administrator to appear.

Plan Limits and Usage

The resource usage section helps you keep track of your hosting plan’s limits. Metrics are displayed with numbers and visual percentage bars for clear tracking. Metrics include:

  • Disk Space
  • Email Accounts
  • Bandwidth
  • Sub-Domains
  • Addon Domains

If any part of your plan is set to unlimited, you’ll see it noted here. For sections requiring in-depth management, click the Manage button to access the corresponding settings.

Expanding Beyond the Summary

The My Hosting Summary is just the start. From here, you can easily jump to other essential sections using the navigation links:

  • FTP Accounts: Control FTP access for file transfer.
  • MySQL Databases: Manage and configure your database settings.
  • File Manager: Directly upload, organize, or edit website files.
  • DNS Zone Editor: Modify DNS records with precision.
